Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Poppy & Peonies pieces, so if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the items are returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all hardware is protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once received, our team will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
